Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston Gear F713-40S-B5-H6-LOVSPL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brook-Crompton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Boston-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Boston-Gear product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brook-Crompton such as the D132M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F7245085H manufactured by Boston-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Boston-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM18100TF988 by Manufacturer Boston-Gear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Siemens Brand TRS12010XL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Branson such as 242259 equipment made by Branson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Branson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Branson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8LS24ROO60D1000 made by B--R-Automation as well as the popular T1095602 original spares produced by Boston-Gear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X511997 by Brook and 242259 spares by Branson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BKHF721N60ZB5HP20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston-Gear.
