Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Boston Gear F842B-28K-B5-M1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Br-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ca parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Charmilles product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Br-Automation such as the 5P50CMSVX10101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCEF359TPOR manufactured by Ca and we are pleased to be able to service most Ca systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 852029 by Manufacturer Charmilles as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Brandless Brand ELDLC70902 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cameron such as 227C120266147005 equipment made by Cameron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 910635113A0532 by Bray and 227C120266147005 spares by Cameron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BRD0052437BL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brandless.
