Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Broadley-james S400-RT33H-E15FF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vartech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Esa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Burr-brown product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vartech such as the VT213W20110000LR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT565WA0M00 manufactured by Esa and we are pleased to be able to service most Esa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM8500 by Manufacturer Burr-brown as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sick Brand UE447022EE690 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Selco such as SELCOH0300 equipment made by Selco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Selco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Selco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TFV200M2 made by Alstom as well as the popular 1600M original spares produced by Adimec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMFC by Abb and SELCOH0300 spares by Selco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPC66TE2BE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Advantech.
