Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Brooks Automation 001-5370-02 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Busellato products, including obsoleted and phased-out Buehler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bukeye product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Busellato such as the EC500C03A3MDT005110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1760S016 manufactured by Buehler and we are pleased to be able to service most Buehler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 31MR917 by Manufacturer Bukeye as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Baldor Brand BSM100N2150DA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Brown--Sharpe such as 20050341 equipment made by Brown--Sharpe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brown--Sharpe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brown--Sharpe" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B52J015100B by Brother and 20050341 spares by Brown--Sharpe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B5210476 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brother.
