Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bsi OEM-0039817-39341 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Burgmaster products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bug1 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Carel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Burgmaster such as the A31266500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SR7BUG1G1 manufactured by Bug1 and we are pleased to be able to service most Bug1 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PLD01GFP00 by Manufacturer Carel as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Burster Brand 9243 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bussmann such as 170M6470 equipment made by Bussmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bussmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bussmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RFD28 made by Carl-Baasel as well as the popular BL6530G original spares produced by Burford

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TC627OPT by Burle and 170M6470 spares by Bussmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCO2000AS0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carel.
