Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Buf Technology VQC-3000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Releco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cal-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carotron such as the DCM100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C3A37XC3A37XC3A3C3A3 manufactured by Releco and we are pleased to be able to service most Releco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 940000200 by Manufacturer Cal-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Burton Brand RM1100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cal-Controls such as 91211FWD7628163 equipment made by Cal-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cal-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cal-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ManMachineInterface made by Busellato as well as the popular 5200FP4811H original spares produced by Bystronic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E08555B by Bystronic and 91211FWD7628163 spares by Cal-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Burnishing.
