Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the California Instruments MXT10-1-2-1-0-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Banner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 800TCFC16BXBX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M75R14MR manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSE3224Y by Manufacturer Banner as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Emerson Brand PCM19 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 160BA06NPS1 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FB7000 made by Fairbanks-Scale as well as the popular SCRDC original spares produced by Acrison

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2113BBDBD41CA107908 by Allen-bradley and 160BA06NPS1 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FO0413R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bimba.
