Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Celesco PT5MA-150-S7-DN-420E-M6 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Challenger products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Challenger such as the 4204CU33S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISS410010 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IS8400M7350 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cole-palmer Brand 7521122 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ck-Technologies such as 157000025 equipment made by Ck-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ck-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ck-Technologies" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IS560401 made by Cognex as well as the popular ML121LLCHARS original spares produced by Charmilles

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7300907730040751810 by Cole-Parmer-Masterflex and 157000025 spares by Ck-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
