Century Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Century CPE30 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Century CPE30 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CPE30 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Chessell such as the 101682 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RE52071 manufactured by Cerutti and we are pleased to be able to service most Cerutti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USA by Manufacturer Cgi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Chiba-Precision Brand ENC184118G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chicago-Electric such as S30189 equipment made by Chicago-Electric have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KCB05G6903645 by Charmilles and S30189 spares by Chicago-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
