Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cincinnati Milicron AMPEX 32KX9 3282190-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Chikachi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A03B0815C004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KVH40S manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CTDVY by Manufacturer Chikachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cis-Amrein-Ag Brand TYPAVF93974201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moore such as 16281213 equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Z8TD1 made by Koyo as well as the popular 76037 original spares produced by Itw-Ransburg

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KTC2011 by Kulicke--Soffa and 16281213 spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A16B2202073004C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
