Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex 203-0236-RD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Contrex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control-Techniques parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Conta-Clip product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Contrex such as the 81000414 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UNI1204LV manufactured by Control-Techniques and we are pleased to be able to service most Control-Techniques systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2457 by Manufacturer Conta-Clip as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Comppage,-Inc. Brand PIA3264 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Contrex such as 81000250 equipment made by Contrex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contrex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contrex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C710210 made by Compumotor as well as the popular LFX2200IR850 original spares produced by Cognex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17981 by Control and 81000250 spares by Contrex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GB302561E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Contraves.
