Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cognex 203-1067-RC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Colibri parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Continuous-Computing product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Colman such as the 80EB10001001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RTS9060 manufactured by Colibri and we are pleased to be able to service most Colibri systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 00729204 by Manufacturer Continuous-Computing as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Control-Techniques Brand 095U2B305BACAA100190 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cognex such as DMR8600 equipment made by Cognex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cognex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cognex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RI100015SJ made by Control-Engineering as well as the popular DXM6300W original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR1045B62 by Compumotor and DMR8600 spares by Cognex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
