We service and repair Cognex 5400 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cognex 5400 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 5400 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 5400 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 General product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the 13106A6513 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FMU41ARH2A2 manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMY35 by Manufacturer General as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A20B2900028103A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fossil such as 91501151 equipment made by Fossil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fossil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fossil" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F20595 made by Dittel as well as the popular CYK10A151 original spares produced by Endress-Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS21002000 by Datalogic and 91501151 spares by Fossil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
