Comap Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Comap IG-Display and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Comap IG-Display include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IG-Display if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IG-Display repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Contec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Compressor-Controls-Corporation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Contec such as the PT955LXDC5311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M40005500030A10101AB100 manufactured by Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XCALIBUR1002 by Manufacturer Compressor-Controls-Corporation as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Contromatics Brand 375B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cornelius such as 629088775 equipment made by Cornelius have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cornelius products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cornelius" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 19187 made by Cretors as well as the popular MPA06SL original spares produced by Custom-Servo-Motors
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9601723 by Control-Techniques and 629088775 spares by Cornelius are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
