Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Computer Products XL450-3406/4406 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cone-Drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Conair parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Control-Techniques product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cone-Drive such as the HU804 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10711923 manufactured by Conair and we are pleased to be able to service most Conair systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDA75RMDA75R by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Control-Techniques Brand DD400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-Technique such as 920004623 equipment made by Control-Technique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Technique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Technique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NTE207CONS0000 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular DIN3380300B original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAX409AN by Control-Techniques and 920004623 spares by Control-Technique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MLC6120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Conair.
