Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micron products, including obsoleted and phased-out David-Brown parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Stober product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micron such as the NT230100RM0601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M1320 manufactured by David-Brown and we are pleased to be able to service most David-Brown systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P521SPR0030MTL by Manufacturer Stober as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dodge Brand M94824FXZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motoman such as HW9381465Z equipment made by Motoman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motoman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motoman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M055719002QT made by Reliance as well as the popular MB21047305 original spares produced by Force
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MW145 by Rexnord and HW9381465Z spares by Motoman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KFKN280mm Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Transtech.
