Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OBA17052 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MRJ220A by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Letourneau Brand 416636504 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fujitsu such as FDS1168 equipment made by Fujitsu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fujitsu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fujitsu" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ESAY2020TF821 made by Nsk as well as the popular 175H3123 original spares produced by Danfoss
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBLD180A by Oriental and FDS1168 spares by Fujitsu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFM8025PAGF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo.
