Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Concepts 5010-SP33 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delphi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Delphi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the E511A12X3N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES10169 manufactured by Delphi and we are pleased to be able to service most Delphi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES10239 by Manufacturer Delphi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dolan-Jenner Brand SSIV8T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Datasensor such as 14015PPW equipment made by Datasensor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Datasensor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Datasensor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SRO11 made by Datalogic as well as the popular 272079 original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SS95006000 by Dolan-Jenner and 14015PPW spares by Datasensor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 13100RQD03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
