Control Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Control SCADAPACK and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Control SCADAPACK include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SCADAPACK if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SCADAPACK repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo-Motors such as the MPA15SS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EBMC manufactured by Crouse-Hinds and we are pleased to be able to service most Crouse-Hinds systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 190UMB300CACAA by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 10370H256 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cooper-Bearings such as 01BCPM403EXS1 equipment made by Cooper-Bearings have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ECN221AJE by Cutler-hammer and 01BCPM403EXS1 spares by Cooper-Bearings are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
