Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Technologies DCM-440 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crosfield products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cooper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Crouzet product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crosfield such as the 76000820 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AM21523 manufactured by Cooper and we are pleased to be able to service most Cooper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 81506920 by Manufacturer Crouzet as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Control-o-mation Brand D6039FA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Control-o-mation such as D6012H2 equipment made by Control-o-mation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-o-mation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-o-mation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 84134181 made by Crouzet as well as the popular REFUSV3208 original spares produced by Control-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 241A4 by Controlotron and D6012H2 spares by Control-o-mation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3R5267020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer System-3r.
