Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Control Technology 901E 2560 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hitachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Edwards product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitachi such as the YDR20AH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BN624A263H03 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Y04501164 by Manufacturer Edwards as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Measurex Brand 53740 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kulicke--Soffa such as KTC2011 equipment made by Kulicke--Soffa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KVC64XA by Keyence and KTC2011 spares by Kulicke--Soffa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NP1Y16T09P6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji-Electric.
