Cosytronic Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Cosytronic HPG3 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cosytronic HPG3 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the HPG3 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our HPG3 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danaher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cybelec-Weinbrenner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher such as the S303 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VGA160 manufactured by Cybelec-Weinbrenner and we are pleased to be able to service most Cybelec-Weinbrenner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A415DM1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Danfoss Brand 193B1607 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cyber-Research such as CYRAQ equipment made by Cyber-Research have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cyber-Research products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cyber-Research" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DF70 made by Daishin-Flotron as well as the popular 735SVSP16SDW31 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V15A2R by Daikin and CYRAQ spares by Cyber-Research are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A11ENOAB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer.
