Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-hammer N4-4-1250-S15-DC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fagor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fagor such as the PLC64 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFI510 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NZMN3VE400NA by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Allen-bradley Brand RS232EtherNet in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as SC45201205 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS35 made by Square-D as well as the popular NMFP03 original spares produced by Bailey

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLD69600NT by Siemens and SC45201205 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGDV1R9D11A02000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
