Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybelec S-NIN-202/B-12C NIN202 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Daito-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Daikin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Daito-Electric such as the TSC0610 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1941602A manufactured by Danaher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KS0G0244CA10N by Manufacturer Daikin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Daisan-Kogyo Brand ST73 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daiichi such as QT293A equipment made by Daiichi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daiichi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daiichi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 051300300 made by Cymer as well as the popular 131B1067 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L8300E01L8300S02A03B1715L8300C03 by Daihen and QT293A spares by Daiichi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NIN10101f42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cybelec.
