Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cyclo-drive Altax CNVM05-4085-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danaher-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Danaher-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher-Controls such as the M111FD417 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AKM43GSSCNR02 manufactured by Danaher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2198505 by Manufacturer Danaher-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Automation-Direct Brand D4EX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Veeder-Root such as 0120506010 equipment made by Veeder-Root have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Veeder-Root products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Veeder-Root" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available INTLK2 made by Danaher-Controls as well as the popular 178B0765 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 321133618906 by Thomson and 0120506010 spares by Veeder-Root are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DAHLModelP700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dahl.
