Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Danaher EC5-X-2010B-150-MS6E/MF1-MT1E-42X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew-Eurodrive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Door-man parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cognex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew-Eurodrive such as the MCV40A00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ICS05149 manufactured by Door-man and we are pleased to be able to service most Door-man systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISS51000000 by Manufacturer Cognex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand IS215VPROH2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as ETDS41010CTADS equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Copco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Copco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HLMXD63B800 made by Ite as well as the popular FX340 original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC646TRT300 by Ge-Fanuc and ETDS41010CTADS spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HP801393700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynisco.
