Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dart-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Accu-Sort product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 4LW77 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6Z386A manufactured by Dart-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Dart-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10A1Z2420 by Manufacturer Accu-Sort as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dataforth Brand DSCA4109 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dayton such as 3N178D equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available WLA10002 made by Data as well as the popular 1LPP5A original spares produced by Dayton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3GD44 by Dayton and 3N178D spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
