Demag Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Demag DSM5 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Demag DSM5 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DSM5 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DSM5 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Drc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Denison product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the 28825 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A25S3S2E0308GCY093 manufactured by Drc and we are pleased to be able to service most Drc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7BS by Manufacturer Denison as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Destaco Brand REP113PRIC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Durair such as AP75 equipment made by Durair have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Durair products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Durair" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CDI16 made by Deos-Control-Systems as well as the popular KVFS75E original spares produced by Drivecon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M25559 by Duff-norton and AP75 spares by Durair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dietz-Electronic.
