Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Denso 593682-2020 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Denso-Robotics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the F4SIP17R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M26243 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPR9108B by Manufacturer Denso-Robotics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Destaco Brand RDH4MLCV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-norton such as LT25150 equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PIRECLA4A2W made by Det-tronics as well as the popular PBU52920002 original spares produced by Dover-Flexo-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the REP113PRIC by Destaco and LT25150 spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AMG15002BJ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Drain-Catch.
