Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Krones such as the EDS308MSC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 124908 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC200MDL240E by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Omron Brand C500OD213 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as KZL10 equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DA1210A601 made by Eagle-Signal as well as the popular 307518561 original spares produced by Honeywell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110CPU61203 by Modicon and KZL10 spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KTC1001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kulicke--Soffa.
