Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Drive Systems MP70L-K40-EL-008 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dy-4-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Dynac product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the 51305072200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PWBOBYC3310707003 manufactured by Dy-4-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Dy-4-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PB270 by Manufacturer Dynac as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dynac Brand PSU007NF101CSU06 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dukane such as 2120LN4L2 equipment made by Dukane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dukane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dukane" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AF1503020480 made by Dynamatic as well as the popular 1950022S original spares produced by Dwyer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 58840400 by Durant and 2120LN4L2 spares by Dukane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LFMF17I2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dwyer.
