Drivecon Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Drivecon KVFS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Drivecon KVFS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the KVFS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our KVFS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Druck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eae-Ewert-Ahrensburg-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eae product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Druck such as the DPI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SBCD manufactured by Eae-Ewert-Ahrensburg-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most Eae-Ewert-Ahrensburg-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SBCE by Manufacturer Eae as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Duff-Norton Brand um350273 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-norton such as LS281B5TN12 equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LT1001200 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular PTX611 original spares produced by Druck
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG40X25 by Dunkermotoren and LS281B5TN12 spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TMT122 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer E+h.
