Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Duff-norton M2500-18 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynaserv products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Dynapair product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynaserv such as the SR105B02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A210M1CACE manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS2002573020 by Manufacturer Dynapair as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eaton Brand ECH1601CAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynalco such as SST2400A equipment made by Dynalco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynalco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynalco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CN55KN3B made by Eaton as well as the popular M35547 original spares produced by Duff-norton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AI2512122B020 by Dynapar and SST2400A spares by Dynalco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A210MACAC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
