Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eagle Electric S714 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eagle-Signal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eagle-Signal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 15P008670005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DZ100A3 manufactured by Eagle-Signal and we are pleased to be able to service most Eagle-Signal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HP517A6 by Manufacturer Eagle-Signal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand SPD050208Y2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as D200M0D1615A equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S601 made by Eagle as well as the popular HP59A6 original spares produced by Eagle-Signal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DA2516A3 by Eagle-Signal and D200M0D1615A spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HZ40A607 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eagle-Signal.
