Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eagle Signal DA1210A601 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A1SY42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 903P manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC200MDD845BampIC200CHS0021 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has N-tron Brand 508TXA508TXA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keyence such as KVE16R equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TC119AP made by Harrel-Incorporated as well as the popular Y04501164 original spares produced by Edwards

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D15AB03 by Gould and KVE16R spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T3K60462 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer National-Control-Corporation-(ncc).
