Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eagle Signal HP515A616 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Liebert products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kessler-Ellis-Products-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Liebert such as the 0280061000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NVEVS1313 manufactured by Kessler-Ellis-Products-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Kessler-Ellis-Products-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6219934 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has National-Instruments Brand 777518100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as T6031D1023 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NP1Y32T09P1 made by Fuji-Electric as well as the popular PXW7 original spares produced by Fuji-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CN2012P2 by Omega and T6031D1023 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5020270700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Giddings--Lewis.
