Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eco-worthy ECO-L11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emu4-va2 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electroid parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emu4-va2 such as the Electric spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CCFB420 manufactured by Electroid and we are pleased to be able to service most Electroid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50AAC12FC13GE20 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Electro-sensors Brand 8000707 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Egs such as HS880B equipment made by Egs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Egs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Egs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 075U3D300CARAA075140 made by Emerson as well as the popular PS57511ADR original spares produced by Electro-Cam

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UNI2401 by Emerson and HS880B spares by Egs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 91011563 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-craft.
