Econolite Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Econolite ASC/2S-1000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Econolite ASC/2S-1000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ASC/2S-1000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ASC/2S-1000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Edwards such as the A52844430 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS624424N16M09MKS20 manufactured by Electro and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L150A24 by Manufacturer Elco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Eiko Brand EMPC008 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eg--G such as PS302 equipment made by Eg--G have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eg--G products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eg--G" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WNE1158 by Ed.-Korfhage--Sohne and PS302 spares by Eg--G are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AZMR4H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer El.ge.
