Edwards Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Edwards QDP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Edwards QDP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the QDP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our QDP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12670601 manufactured by Eeco and we are pleased to be able to service most Eeco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AZEP1SC by Manufacturer El.ge as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAR1010 by Electripower and PS523811ADR spares by Electro-Cam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
