Electra Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Electra 38M and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Electra 38M include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 38M if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 38M repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the 6440280762 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CY2 manufactured by Elliot-Bay and we are pleased to be able to service most Elliot-Bay systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 460AFD1S1 by Manufacturer Electromotive as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Electro-Craft Brand 064436012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as DKB90S8 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 850002931 made by Elmetic-Elektronik as well as the popular PS604112P original spares produced by Elmo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PDM1091012161 by Electro-Craft and DKB90S8 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 217MHG15DF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electra.
