Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electra-gear 7715450-UK parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ohio products, including obsoleted and phased-out Api-deltrain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Horton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohio such as the A2262MQ56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BR950K manufactured by Api-deltrain and we are pleased to be able to service most Api-deltrain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8076401 by Manufacturer Horton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Flender Brand B4SH07A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHS6180YR259 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available C22 made by Fenner as well as the popular BMQ81320R56 original spares produced by Leeson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CB8CW115VacAOAB1 by Warner and CHHS6180YR259 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C5222C5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Force.
