Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Industries DSP120D2NL + SNFI20 / DSP-120-D2-NL / 3D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electronics,-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Puma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Elo-matic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electronics,-Inc such as the 260AZP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7224C18 manufactured by Puma and we are pleased to be able to service most Puma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ED0350U2A00A27K0 by Manufacturer Elo-matic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Electro-Craft Brand E263 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elscint such as 47471800624D equipment made by Elscint have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elscint products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elscint" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 220A made by Electro-Pneumatic-Corp as well as the popular 10492DD11 original spares produced by Elmjet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 470HD by Electrosensor and 47471800624D spares by Elscint are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
