Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Sensors TR400C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elektrim parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Electro-Craft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the EM3714T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2SIE180L4 manufactured by Elektrim and we are pleased to be able to service most Elektrim systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E586VAR by Manufacturer Electro-Craft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elgar Brand AT8000A10VMOD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elinco such as FB1863 equipment made by Elinco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elinco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elinco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 23000001 made by Electronic-Processors-Inc as well as the popular 2424E original spares produced by Electroswitch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SG634B by Elektrim and FB1863 spares by Elinco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H10002540IPPI8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elm-Systems.
