Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro-flyte 12M02-00049-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weltronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eltex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Elo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weltronics such as the 625981B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15141D manufactured by Eltex and we are pleased to be able to service most Eltex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q10T by Manufacturer Elo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Emerson Brand 0278349900 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elevator-Controls such as HLS6 equipment made by Elevator-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elevator-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elevator-Controls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ES0200U2A06A22K0 made by Elo-matic as well as the popular 12M040002502 original spares produced by Electro-flyte

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 200543G3 by Emerson and HLS6 spares by Elevator-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GV13A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elme.
