Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elmo TROA12/400-AMBBA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Emc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 31300351 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 85003100 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MGT3505MTE10NSKMGT3505MTE10MegaTorqueind by Manufacturer Emc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Emerson Brand 23004115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elo-matic such as EL1200 equipment made by Elo-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elo-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elo-matic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 96000901 made by Emerson as well as the popular K55HXPLF5179 original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24504017 by Emerson and EL1200 spares by Elo-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK2403 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson.
