Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Elprom Motors 33-200B2-10HP-3600-215T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leroy-Somer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 P--H-Crane product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leroy-Somer such as the 21CY2F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 202Q30R56 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 301F1475301F1482 by Manufacturer P--H-Crane as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand 2000M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dayton such as 2N946 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2G2454 made by Delco as well as the popular 202Q10L56 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1FT30785AZ219ZN by Siemens and 2N946 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FT50720AG012Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
