Emx Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Emx UVX-300 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Emx UVX-300 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UVX-300 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UVX-300 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hokuyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Flex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hach such as the LXV4235410000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPB9008 manufactured by Hokuyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Hokuyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16005 by Manufacturer Flex as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A16B3200001008A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as SL362RG equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC600LX612L made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular XT8004CSSS4706200 original spares produced by Gems
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS43467 by Sti and SL362RG spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original STD170 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
