Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 12TA-A6F2C1BHR2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Go-dove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Erhardt-+-Leimer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Go-dove such as the 2922061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 156268BSPPRSTYPERFS manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FR3201 by Manufacturer Erhardt-+-Leimer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ge Brand TSKG412 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Futek such as QLA371 equipment made by Futek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Futek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Futek" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SDE1V1G2H18CP1M8 made by Festo as well as the popular 275816 original spares produced by Granville-Phillips

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR174DBP1B1 by General-Electric and QLA371 spares by Futek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PTXEX2001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
