Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 80125-1CA3/0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06B6050H003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 95307C1M500 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8510AA11A1 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A02b0259B501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Att such as 845307529963G114 equipment made by Att have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Att products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Att" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 91011000 made by Electro-craft as well as the popular 920056640X original spares produced by Trenton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8520VOP1 by Allen-Bradley and 845307529963G114 spares by Att are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8646684W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
