Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser FMR245-S4ALKAA9A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Erhardt--Leimer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eshed-Robotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Environmental-Elements product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Erhardt--Leimer such as the SG3304 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ROBOTVISION manufactured by Eshed-Robotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Eshed-Robotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DigiconOptipulse by Manufacturer Environmental-Elements as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Engel Brand GNM4150G35SERA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Enlode such as 2131 equipment made by Enlode have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Enlode products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Enlode" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1936 made by Enka-Tecnica as well as the popular BSK62180R24 original spares produced by Engel

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KRC13110042 by Ericsson and 2131 spares by Enlode are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X2ControllerX100ManipulatorCable Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Epson.
